Dr. Bramer’s passion for serving the world’s most vulnerable led him to work with NGOs and Ministries of Health to improve surgical and healthcare delivery in low-resource areas. After completing his residency in Anesthesiology, he earned a post-graduate certificate in Global Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. His dedication to improving healthcare standards is evident in his extensive work training and educating in developing countries.
Shift from Medicine to Full-Time Entrepreneurship:
After becoming a partner in a successful anesthesiology group, Dr. Bramer faced a life-altering health diagnosis that affected his ability to practice and threatened his ability to provide financially for his family. This pivotal moment spurred him to dive deep into the world of real estate investments.
Within a relatively short period, he was able to replace his physician income with cash-flowing assets, allowing him to step away from medicine and fully embrace entrepreneurship. Since then, he has become the principal on over $250 million in real estate and business transactions. His keen attention to detail and ability to identify lucrative opportunities across various asset classes have been key to his success. He systematically produces successful outcomes by leveraging his vast network and operational expertise in many different areas.
Life in Thailand:
With his financial independence secured, Dr. Bramer decided to move to Thailand, where he works to enhance medical and surgical care for the people of Myanmar while continuing to help other physicians achieve financial freedom. His mission is to guide physicians out of the debt cycle and into financial freedom, enabling them to live lives of purpose and practice medicine because they want to, not because they have to.
Family and Personal Life:
Dr. Bramer is blessed with a wonderful family, including his wife of over 22 years and their four children. His journey reflects his commitment to balancing professional success with personal fulfillment and family priorities.
